Louise has been a friend of ours for a long time, and she worked tirelessly to get our home sold. She gave great suggestions on sprucing up our house with either paint, or moving around furniture, etc. Louise held open houses whenever possible and also did realtor caravans. Plus, Louise e-mailed and texted us on any updates she had about potential buyers. Her work ethic is amazing. Our house sold in less than three weeks and I really believe it was due to her being on top of her game. Plus, the brochure she made for the house was beautiful and had tons of information for the potential buyers. The negotiations went really smoothly too, and we had the deal done in less than an hour!
As a side note, we built a brand new house which took us 8 months to complete.
